Answer: A dedicated member of our Recruitment Strategy Team will reach out to you within 2 business hours of receiving your submission. This initial contact will be via the phone number you provided and will serve two main purposes:

To schedule a brief 15-minute Discovery Call to align on the company culture and the specific "must-have" candidate requirements.

3. What is the purpose of the 'Discovery Call,' and how should I prepare for it?

Answer: The Discovery Call is the most critical step. It allows us to transition the information from the form into a true partnership. The purpose is to deeply understand your needs beyond the job description. To prepare, please be ready to discuss:

The "why" behind this hire (growth, replacement, new initiative).

4. When will you start sourcing candidates for my opening?

Answer: Once the Discovery Call is complete and we mutually agree on the finalized job description and our recruitment plan, we get to work immediately. Typically, our sourcing team begins their targeted search and outreach within 1 business day of that call.
5. How long will it take before I see my first candidates?

Answer: For most roles, we aim to present a curated shortlist of the top 3-5 highly qualified candidates within 48 to 72 hours of starting the active search. Our goal is quality over quantity, ensuring every resume you receive has been thoroughly screened and vetted by our specialists.
6. What is the commitment after I submit the form? Am I locked in?

Answer: Submitting the vacancy form places you under zero obligation or commitment. The form simply initiates the conversation. We do not begin any work that would incur a fee until we have a formal, signed agreement in place with you, which typically happens after the Discovery Call when you're confident in our approach.
